Returns & Exchanges

We offer easy returns and exchanges on all orders purchased directly from our website.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us to receive a Return Authorization. Returns or exchanges cannot be processed without prior authorization.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery

  • Items must be unused

  • Items must be in new condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly from our website

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item:

  1. Contact us with your order number to receive a return authorization.

  2. Place a new order for the item you wish to receive.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Invalid Reasons for Return

We are unable to accept returns for the following reason:

  • Buyer no longer wants the item

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to cancel it.

  • If the order has already shipped, we are unable to stop the package.
